“From the Transformational Coaching Course, I’ve gained insight that coaching is rooted in curiosity, not in having the right answers. I’ve become much more aware of how important it is to stay away from quick fixes and instead help others explore their own thinking. This shift, from solution-giving to curiosity-driven questioning, is one of the most transformative parts of the work for me.”
My coaching style has changed (from taking this course) from results-focused to reflective, relationship, and co-constructed development. I've evolved from solver to reflective partner with deep listening, reflective questioning, and a safe holding space for more aware conversation. I've become more intentional and attuned to each coachee's individual needs through my use of coaching competencies, so it guides lasting development. In so doing, I've become more adept at facilitating transformational learning and a more balanced, collaborative partnership of coaching.
Transformational Coaching moves beyond limitations, negative patterns, and obstacles. The focus on positive change provides hope and motivation for individuals striving to overcome challenges.
